Over the years, I have helped many clients improve their physical state, health, adapt better lifestyles and most of all built CONFIDENCE.
It started out as an intrigue towards the human body and its multiple functions had become a passion. I've been consistently improving my physical appearance, performance and well being. Having over 15 years experience is boxing/kickboxing, competed in Men's Physique and also 4+ years in powerlifting., I have seen and learned a lot.
With a knack for continuous improvement and chasing perfection, I decided to apply this on others in search of their personal perfection and maximum potential. Personal training has been part of more than half my life. I've been a personal trainer now for 7 years and still going strong. I always enjoy meeting new clients as they present a new challenge. Though their goals are similar, each one is different from the next and that's what makes the job and journey so exciting personally. Coming across many different physical and mental limitations, I've developed various workout plans and routines and left no challenge unbeat! Aiding in making a difference and impact in people's lives is what it's all about! It's quite the rocket ride!
